Guest reviews
Very good
A friendly place at a very convenient place for a very reasonable price
Liked: Once we accept that this is a budget hotel, we really appreciate how good the place is. A short walk from the station, a tram ride to the historical center of Heidelberg, a spacious room appropriate for work with a laptop, and an acceptable breakfast. Wifi is pretty good, and there is enough space to stow away my belongings.
Disliked: I would have enjoyed some orange marmalade with the breakfast.
Liked: Nice and warm environment. Flexible services and vivid lobby
Disliked: The policy for cleaning wasn't clear enough. We were expecting them to clean our room but we needed to tell them
Liked: Very close to the Bahnhof. Room was very nice.
Disliked: They charge 4,50 Euros per backpack to store for just a couple hours
Liked: Price is considered cheap
Disliked: Dusty, poor WIFI, uncomfortable bed and pillow, guest kitchen not so clean
Liked: Clean and quiet
Disliked: On the wrong side of the station, to far for an evening walk to the river. And quite expensive consumptions for a hostel.
Liked: Clean and comfy
