  Lovely apartment, clean, large and well equipped. Excellent communication from host

  Liked: Fantastic apartment, our apartment was on the top level, excellent location. Apartment was clean and really well set-up. We had our breakfasts and dinners in the apartment.

  Good bones, lackluster hospitality

  Liked: Location is nice: Pretty quiet, central without being overwhelmed by other tourists. Decent design and clean, modern feel.

  Disliked: Furniture was sparse and not very comfortable. Polyester sheets, which the team excused by saying “we haven’t heard any complaints” and “everyone has their own tastes.” Lack of basic personal hygiene products (i.e., shower gel). Fair, they didn’t list those on the description, but I have never encountered a place with NO products in all my travels. Again, the excuse that everyone has their own preference…

  We had a nice time and enjoyed Heidelberg very much

  Liked: The apartment was very comfortable and spacious. We used the elevator all the time once we discovered its outside entrance. That was very convenient. The kitchen was well equipped and we had a very nice time

  Disliked: We paid for 2 bathrooms but received 1 full and one half ( no shower ) This was somewhat inconvenient. The management reimbursed us $50 however. The website needs to be updated.

  Super stay, great apartment in a beautiful city. Would love to return

  Liked: The apartment was roomy and very light and airy. The kitchen had everything you’d need. Location was great for access to all routes.

  Disliked: The only issue was the name of the apartment given to us didn’t match the key safe number. We had to try the other safe which thankfully worked.
