  Modern, large, great location

  Liked: Great location and lots of space in apartment 41. Easy check in, comfy bed and good noise suppression even with a busy nightlife closeby. The building has a lift which was useful with cases.

  Disliked: The shower floods the bathroom if you run it full. We had to have 'light' showers. Maybe the drain is blocked? We should have contacted the hotel but never got around to it. The apartment would benefit from an electric toaster so you can have some at breakfast with your coffee. The main bedroom only has bedside lamps so is a little dark. Other than no issues at all. We would use again 100%.

  An excellent stay in beautiful Alstadt Heidelberg

  Liked: Comfortable and clean facilities in an outstanding central location. Newly renovated.

  Disliked: Outside the windows of the apartment is a popular street with bars. On most nights it wasn’t a problem, but on certain nights, there was quite a lot of noise until 1:30/2am. They provide earplugs if needed. If you are a light sleeper this is something to consider. Also, there is no lift to the apartment. People with mobility issues should take this into consideration.

  Liked: We liked the central location, however, that comes with a certain amount of noise in the evenings.

  Disliked: The service was really friendly but not very efficient. It was difficult getting two keys that worked, and furniture that broke was not replaced as promised.
