The worst experience we ever had

  Liked: Nothing

Disliked: We arrived at the apartment around 7 PM after a full day of walking and sightseeing and found that it was not cleaned. We tried calling the property and were ignored for a long time. We had to ask a relative living in Germany to call them as well, and that's when they replied to them via WhatsApp. They sent a cleaning lady in about 40 minutes, and we asked her to get us in contact with the manager so we could request a refund and leave asap, as we had a tired kid who needs to sleep and can't wait for her to clean the room, on top of nearly an hour we already spent waiting. Whoever replied to the call wasn't trying to be helpful and, instead of offering an immediate refund, hung up the phone and did not respond to our calls. We finally got a refund approved and left the property when their representatives probably scolded the cleaning lady about why she called them using a number that wasn't shared on Booking.com, and her telling them she did it because she was scared and confused when we asked to call the manager, as we did not look happy; they started to threaten us that they would call the police the next day.

Terribly disappointing. Ended up finding somewhere else to stay. Waste of money

Liked: Nothing except the location was great and the water pressure of the one working shower was good.

Disliked: The staff didn’t send a code so we sat outside for an hour at 9:30pm wondering where we’d go for the night. The place was dirty. The bathroom was disgusting and hardly functional. No staff was ever seen.

You get what you pay for

Liked: Location was perfect. Communication was great.

Disliked: Mildew smell. Bathroom was not clean. There was only one bathroom for several rooms. Towels were old and small.
