Liked: All the staff was very friendly and helpful. The whole place is clean, comfortable, close to the main station (10-15min walk). The rooms are comfy, clean, new, lots of electricity outlets, everything works.

An excellent base for a conference visit, with comfort and great service

Liked: I chose this hotel because it was one of the more affordable options in Heidelberg, and as someone from the UK, I was already familiar with the Premier Inn brand. The hotel lived up to the standards I have come to expect, providing a clean, comfortable, and reliable stay. I was visiting Heidelberg to attend a conference, and the hotel worked very well as a base for my stay. My room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable, making it easy to relax after long days at the conference. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options available each morning. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and I particularly appreciated the luggage storage service on my final day, which allowed me to make the most of my remaining time in Heidelberg before travelling home.

Disliked: The hotel is conveniently located near Heidelberg Hauptbahnhof, which was helpful for arriving in and departing from the city. However, I found the surrounding area a little daunting to navigate on foot due to the large roads and ongoing roadworks nearby. Reception staff were always helpful, but queues could occasionally be quite long, particularly at busy times.

Disliked: We arrived at the hotel tired, and an employee calling us 'unacceptable' was very upsetting. That word should not be used so easily unless they wanted to start a fight.

Good value for money, clean and quiet

Liked: The staff were friendly. The room was clean and tidy. We enjoyed the happy hour in the lobby - between 17 and 19, the drinks were half-priced. The rooms were soundproof.

Disliked: The view outside the window is okay.
