  Very unpleasant and aggravating!

  Liked: The staff said it would take one hour for us to get our car from parking which I thought was a very long time. We ordered the car at 3:10 and went down to get it at 4:10 as my son had to return it by 5 pm. It was not ready at 4:10 as promised. Nor at 4:20. Nor at 4::30. It finally came at 4:40. One hour and 30 minutes after we ordered it! As a result my son could not return the car as the office closed at 5pm. He needed time to get gas but because the car came so late, he had to pay for another night at some other parking facility. Was very inconvenienced. The staff could have paid for the parking which was necessary only because they were late. They could have given us something off of the room again because of their not delivering as they had promised. But all they did was say “we are so sorry.” But took no responsibility nor did they offer some kind of recompense. It was very unpleasant experience, very aggravating!!

  Disliked: The hotel staff did not follow through on the one hour advance notice to get our car inconveniencing us greatly.

  It was a pleasurable stay and I would recommend your hotel to others

  Liked: The generous size of the bathroom. The combination shower and bathtub combination was a comfort like home.

  Disliked: The carpet from the bathroom to the bedroom is wearing thin. There was a stain on the carpet that needs attention.

  Liked: The location, not right near train station but not far either. Close to everything else

  Disliked: Not being able to order a pizza after a long day out at Cinque Terre. Waiter was rude and we just went out to a restaurant after 9pm on that night for dinner. Couldn't be bothered dealing with a rude waiter

  Excellent place to stay and very convenient for all the sights

  Liked: The location was fantastic. Very close to all the main attractions: Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi Gallery etc

  Disliked: Getting charged for a bottle of water from the minibar in the room. No view from the window, but I was hardly in the room to be fair.
