  Just what we needed to complete our vacation

  I would be happy to go back. The staff were wonderfully polite and helpful

  Liked: Our room overlooked the Arno river. It was peaceful but the city was minutes walk away. We had a large Balcony and large bedroom. Bathroom was excellent.

  Disliked: Room decor could use a freshen up - just some paint touch up - it wasn't enough to spoil the overall experience but for a room at this price point I'd epect not to see chip and scuff marks.

  The location was ideal, the view from the terrace was stunning, we particularly enjoyed the breakfast!!

  Liked: The location was ideal as it’s a 15-20 mins walk into the centre of Florence so away from the touristy centre and once you cross ponte Vespucci you can access the lovely restaurants on the other side of the river. Perfect location.

  Great for the money

  Liked: All very nice and we got a wine on our arrival which was lovely

  Great value for money supported by great staff

  Liked: Convenience to transport, clean, good vibe, great layout. And thank you for moving my room to the rear of the hotel, it being quiet.

  Disliked: Don’t understand why there was such a large bed in a small space. Having a bit more space in the room would have been nice.
