Very nice place to stay in Florence. Comfortable with very helpful people

Liked: Wonderful older property with a staff that was extremely helpful. They helped me with an early morning taxi and also provided a breakfast box to go.

Disliked: Loud street noise in the night

Central location in a beautiful building but room was disappointing

Liked: Friendly helpful staff on desk. Nice downstairs area, bar and breakfast place. Lovely old building near to station.

Disliked: Our room felt rather small and cramped. We were on the road side and it was noisy at night from traffic.

very comfortable, great friendly and helpful staff, good loaction

Liked: Breakfast was comprehensive and included, the courtyard was an excellent location. The room was a good size, the bed comfortable, bathroom was a good size with a decent shower

Disliked: the AC was a little noisy, and the lift is tiny (not a criticism- just an observation)
