Excellent stay, thank you
Liked: We liked the location. We liked the spacious room and the balcony we had. The breakfast was very good.
Disliked: Our room was quite dark unless we either opened the outside shutters or had the lights on.

Liked: beautiful building, very good staff. Nice comfortable room. very good breakfast. everyone was very helpful.
Disliked: The problem was breakfast they need 2 people serving and prering as some people were very demanding. and also if you were not down there first thing certain people took everything, some of us like a lay in on holiday and with only one waitress/cook it was impossible for the poor girl to keep up.
Liked: Cosy and clean room. Location is great - next to the train station and few minutes of walk to get to the City center. Breakfast was very good.
Good place to stay in Florence
Liked: The room is slightly small, but I really like the large bathroom. Some of the furniture has a historical feel, though it's a bit old. It's very close to the station and tourist attractions.
Great location and value for money
Liked: Location is great - very close to the train station and on a popular street full of shops and restaurants leading to the Duomo and other attractions in a short walk. Room was spacious, bright, clean and nicely decorated, quiet, beds very comfortable, air con quiet. We liked the artpieces in the room and hallways. Bathroom clean and modern, included both shower and hydromassage bathtub, which we loved. There was water and some little snacks in the foyer for the guests. Breakfast was not huge but tasty and included a complimentary cappucino on order. Staff was helpful and smiling. Level of comfort feels more than 3 stars and I will happily come back.
Disliked: No view from the room might be the only thing.
Very pleased with our accommodations!
Liked: Loved the breakfast rooms and the breakfast. The location was perfect—close to the attractions we wanted to see and the train station.
Disliked: Just wish we could have gotten a cappuccino at breakfast.
