  We did it more to get some good rest and we didn't get much rest before our flight out of town

  Liked: Not much.

  Disliked: The "King size" bed was two twin mattress pushed together. No A/C and couldn't open any windows. Had doors to a deck but no way to keep the misquotes and other bugs out of the room

  Liked: We LOVED this place for our 2 night stay in Florence. The room was spacious, had a kettle, comfy beds, toileteries, we had a welcome basket with biscuits, bread and jam. The location was very near to supermarket, laundry, bus station, etc. Mirko, the front office manager was extra sweet and helpful and we loved being here and welcomed. Even though the place is old style, but very well maintained. We actually loved the antiquity of it. Reminded me of my childhood. Highly recommended

  Disliked: I was surprised that our beds were not made by housekeeping, even though the bathrooms were cleaned, towels were changed amd bin was emptied. Only beds were not made 🙁

  Liked: We were welcomed with a lovely basket. The space is very large and spacious, we slept well, and everything went smoothly.

  Disliked: Just a note: I understand there isn’t a 24 hour reception service, so please keep this in mind if you arrive after check in hours.

  Liked: The hotel staff was super friendly. The apartment was super clean, easy to get a cab.\n Within walking distance from a little grocery stores, restaurants and maybe a 5 minute taxi ride to anywhere you needed to go. We loved this place and we shall return.

  Great location

  Liked: The location is great only 15 mins walk to the old town and is located outside the ZTL so if you drive by car is perfect and they have a secure parking which costs 12 euro. The room is spacious too and has a nice little living room and a kitchenette too.

  Disliked: The property is relatively old but it has been renovated but for a 4 star property there are some items that need to be revisited like the very old lift which is scary and small. The lobby is very dark at night and reception desk not the receptionist doesn’t look very welcoming. Also in 2026 most of the hotels we know they no longer have a key but rather a card to access everything on the property.

  A nice comfortable place to stay with good facilities

  Liked: Nice comfortable space. Plenty of room and comfortable beds. Clean and fresh.

  Disliked: Location was a bit far out of town in an area that felt a little bit seedy. Transport options were available thankfully but didn’t like walking at night.
