  A wonderful hotel and an outstanding staff

  Liked: The hotel was unique in decor which made it interesting but the most impressive part was the staff had a "Yes, of course" attitude. No matter what we asked thy did theor best to accomodate our requests. From getting Taxi's, to train rteservations, and even finding a laundry for 'wash and fold' they were outstanding.

  Paradise in Florence

  Liked: From the moment I booked this and we arrived, Velona’s Jungle Luxury Suites wrapped us in warmth, beauty, and kindness. This wasn’t just a stay — it was a truly magical experience. The décor is breathtaking, every detail thoughtfully curated, creating a space that feels both luxurious and deeply comforting. Our room was perfect — the bed unbelievably comfortable, the balcony a peaceful little haven, and the atmosphere filled with charm and character.What made our time here unforgettable was the people. The owner and staff are some of the kindest souls we’ve ever met. Their care, attentiveness, and genuine warmth turned my husband’s surprise trip to Florence into something extraordinary. They went above and beyond in every way — from the fresh, delicious breakfasts to the thoughtful touches that made us feel cherished and welcomed.Thank you for creating a place where magic lives in the details, where hospitality feels like an embrace, and where memories are made effortlessly.   A charming love letter to Florence

  Liked: Veronica and the team are simply amazing! The way that Veronica personally invested in our experience was noteworthy. She went above and beyond to say the least. We needed to pick up a lost item and she offered to do it for us so that we could enjoy the day. Each time we had a question about the area, she quickly responded in text. When a light went out or we needed something in the room, they came right away. The charm, character, and stories inside the space are never ending. Veronica's love and passion for not only upholding her family's legacy, but to also continue pouring into the city are evident. She loves what she does and each detail makes that more clear. For a charming city, filled with character and rich history, this hotel just felt like part of a fairytale story we were living in Italy.

  The staff were very helpful when able to access them. The property was amazing. The guests recommendations were excellen

  Liked: The property was exceptionally clean and so well decorated. It felt magical to experience it and get to stay there.

  Disliked: It was unfortunate the phone line never went through. In the period I was in Florence and once out of Florence. Which makes it challenging to communicate with someone in the property. I left something very expensive but because I could not reach the hotel, and it was discarded of.

  Immaculate. Great host and staff. Gorgeous property. Would definitely return

  Liked: From the moment we walked into Velona’s Jungle, we felt so welcomed. The host was incredibly warm and hospitable, and the entire place is absolutely stunning. The decor is even better in person. Every detail is so unique and beautifully done. Our room was spacious, spotless, and so comfortable. The bed was amazing, the blackout shades were a huge plus, and the AC worked perfectly, which was very appreciated in Florence in August! They offered us drinks as soon as we arrived, and every morning they brought us the most delicious breakfast. You get to choose what you want, what time you want it delivered, and everything was fresh and so good. The location was also perfect for us. It’s close enough to easily get to everything you want to see and do in Florence, but just far enough off the beaten path that it feels quiet, safe, and peaceful instead of crowded and touristy. Truly such a special place with incredible hospitality. We absolutely loved our stay and would 100% stay here again. One of our favorite places we stayed during our trip!
