Exceptional
Liked: Everything! Just amazing.
Disliked: There is a kitchen, but no plates or silverware. Please add
Liked: Fantastic location, walking distance from train station and easy walk into main part of Parma. Staff were very welcoming and super helpful regarding the apartment and facilities. Apartment very clean and modern, great window in bedroom looking out to the pretty street.
Feel like a local in this quiet refuge
Liked: Spacious clean property in a quiet residential neighborhood away from the tourist crowds but easy walking distance to dining and city center. Wine bar next door was a fun place to relax. Nice views of the city. Washing machine worked well
Disliked: Lots of stairs
Beautiful apartment, well located and would stay again if ever in Parma
Liked: Beautiful apartment. Great for longer stay!
Disliked: Location was convenient to center, but night walking down the street seemed desolate. Thought that some basics were scant..no tissues, no extra roll Of bathroom tissue, no roll of paper towel in kitchen, and quality of towels was not good..We did manage with one set because the Cost per day quote for an extra set was just exorbitant..30 euros per day was too high to pay. These things are easy enough to resolve so would hope management does. A great place to stay and recommend to others!
Liked: Easy to access the apartment anytime after check in. Instructions were clear. Building has a lift
Disliked: Some instructions on operating the air conditioner and towel warmer would have been very helpful. Shower was slow to drain. No toaster or egg flip.
An amazing property in a great location
Liked: This is an amazing property. It is luxury wrapped in luxury. The location is perfect to explore Parma, is on a quiet but charming street, and the property is amazing. I have never seen so much marble everywhere! From the entrance hall, to the internal courtyard, to the lifts... everything is fabulous. The accommodation was spotless and everything looked brand new and very well decorated. The bed was amazing, the bathroom stunning, and the living room amazing. If you are thinking of visiting Parma... definitely stay here!
Disliked: Everything was amazing!!! I'll be back!!!
