Very good
Liked: It was a beautiful pearl in Parma! Not directly in the center, but still close to restaurants and cafes. The house was clean and well organized.
Liked: location was okay, not as central as we would have liked. Room was beautiful, only downside was lack of curtains on the windows, so bring an eye mask if you have trouble sleeping with the light coming in
Indeed a lovely nest
Liked: The room was neat and well taken care of. It was quite spacious and the location was great. Center of Parma was a short walk. Owner responded very quick when asked questions on WhatsApp. Also, there was self check-in which is very convenient.
Disliked: There was no airconditioning so i think in summer the heat will be an issue. The shower head did not function properly. Lastly there was no drying-rack. We had to dry our washed clothes on hangers on the mantelpiece and chairs.
Better for two
Liked: The apartment is in a quiet street close to the old town. Approximately 15 minutes by foot. If you have to go to Parma it is nice and clean. Everything is in one room (kitchen + bedroom + dinning room or supplementary beds in case you will be 4) I think that is a good option for two people, not so good if you are four. The staff was always attentive and they recommended a good place to park our car.
Disliked: In our opinion the owner should improve the air conditioning noise during it's running. The supplementary beds are not comfortable enough.
Superb
Disappointing
