Fabulous
Liked: Modern, well-equipped room with shared kitchen. Air-conditioned room made it a very comfortable stay in Parma. Quiet and well positioned for our stay of 4 nights. Antonio was very helpful and we would definitely stay there again as it is only 75 metres from our friend's place (who had off street parking for us!)

It answered my needs pretty well
Liked: Good location: reasonable distance from the station (35 minutes walking), around 20 minutes from the city center, 2 minutes from the bus stop to the University of Parma. Clean and comfortable bedroom, I didn't use the kitchen and the common space.
Disliked: I was in room number 1. Poorly noise-isolated: in the morning, when people moved around in the kitchen at around 7:00 a.m., they woke me up.
