  Appartamento ordinato e pulito

  Liked: Vicino al centro, ma in via laterale rispetto ai viali principali, con fruttivendoli e panifici a breve distanza. Appartamento curato e accessoriato (saponi, stoviglie), host disponibile e attenta.

  Disliked: Di notte un pochino rumoroso per via di infissi vecchi e schiamazzi notturni.

  Perrfect little getaway

  Liked: I loved how much Anna Maria cared for me to have a pleasant stay. Throughout the little apartment, you can see how much attention to detail there is. Everything you may need is suddenly there. The location, of course, is unbeatable, so close to everything.

  Authentic Italian vibe in a city of great charm

  Liked: This is a very authentic accommodation in the very center of Parma: old but excepționally well maintained building, top-shelf cleaning and good taste in terms of amenities. The host Anna-Maria was very friendly, good communicator with all the necessary details and open to offer even advice of osterias and bars. More people should stop to Parma and visit it, despite the fact it is now that well-known…

  Disliked: The only down-play would be the fact that we as 3 people we found the space pretty small and difficult to arrange the sleeping, sitting and eating areas. We were aware of that but it is a definitely perfect place for maximum 2 people. The other guests feedback related to the noisy vegetables shop downstairs was true, but if you use a pair of earpods, this aspect will disappear.

  Extraordinary place with perfect location and a beautiful host, and great value for money!

  Liked: Anna Maria was the perfect host. She gave all the relevant information beforehand, gave recommendations and was available during the stay all the time via Whatsapp. My room was ready early and I was able to check out later (depends on availability of course so ymmv). The location is 10/10, you are right in the center of everything and it's still quiet, a small alley with a pizza place (owner is there since 1978 or sth) and a fruit and vegetable store. Everything is super authentic. You can reach everything important in just a few minutes. The apartment is also authentic, there is everything you need and even a washing machine. I went in September so the ventilator fans were enough, it has no AC tho but it was no problem for me. Old building with thick stone walls, not too hot. I went solo, for a couple it's perfect, for a family with kids maybe a bit crowded but would also work. Value for money is absolutely great.

  Disliked: The Parma palace "next door" was being renovated or rebuilt so it was super noisy sometimes but of course that is not the fault of the apartment and might be finished when you visit so not really a negative thing. Also it's not at night and during the day you explore the beautiful city of Parma anyway.
