Guest reviews
Exceptional
Excellent value for money and very helpful staff! Would recommend!
Liked: It was a really beautiful place and has a great location.
Disliked: The problem, which seems to be very common in accommodation in Italy, is that there is absolutely zero sound isolation between the rooms and the main road and between the rooms and the main corridor. It means you'll be woken up at 7/8am whether you like it or not.
Perfect Pompeii base
Liked: Simple, comfy, beautiful Italian decor, good value and location
No honnor house
Disliked: They charge you 2/3 a price if you come after 21pm. Breakfast sucks, coffee too. Damp room with broken entrance door. If you ask to cancel they say its impossible of booking. And booking says reception not allows to cancel. Parking 20eur.
Great stay in Pompei
Liked: Great communication before we arrived. The lady (sorry I can't remember her name) was lovely and explained everything we needed to know. The room and communal areas were lovely and clean. Breakfast was great and the man who prepared it was really nice. We used the Jacuzzi on our first night which was a great experience. Unfortunately, I left the key in our room. Sent a message to the emergency number and within 20 minutes someone was there to help. What great service! The location was perfect and would definitely recommend staying here.
Comfortable spot in a convenient location
Liked: The room was small but met our needs. Breakfast was included and courtyard parking for a small fee. The property is clean and comfortable.
Disliked: There was not much space for setting/opening suitcases.
