Liked: The location not far from the airport, close to Pompeii archeological site. We where family of 14 people and we have few couples that each one had a private room with shower and privet exit. Yet we could enjoy the same dining room and share the kitchen facility. Plenty of space to park 4 cars

Disliked: On the basement level you can feel the traffic of the trains that cross next to the Villa. At night time after 2300- 0630 no train traffic Need some maintenance but overall it was great.

    Villa Poor pora

Liked: The air con worked and was lovely and cold. The room had a lot of space

Disliked: Oh where to start! The room didn't exist on the list of rooms, and we concluded it was probably where the housekeeper would stay. The bathroom was basic with a leaking toilet and ants everywhere. There was no balcony, the doors opened straight onto the drive so no sitting outside. The room wasn't like any picture advertised with no nice wallpaper and not even any bedside lights, just a harsh bright main light with one bulb gone. The safe didn't lock or even close, the wardrobe didn't have a door, there was crumbling plaster, wires sticking out and there were no facilities for even making a coffee. If you dared to use the kitchen, you would be charged something like €50 each time and no mini fridge. So it all felt a bit like a prison cell. The location was pretty bad. We had to cross main roads to get anywhere, it looked close to the entrance to Pompeii but we had to walk a long way on dangerous roads to get there. We were expecting the rooms that were advertised but got a substandard room so I definitely wouldn't recommend this.we obviously complained to booking.com but they couldn't get through to the hotel. They didn't pick up the phone to me either, so we got a very small compensation payment instead. It almost conpletely ruined our short break, and we thought about leaving early but the hassle of doing this and finding and paying for somewhere else put us off.

Liked: Close-ish to Pompei Scavi. Not too expensive.

Disliked: The address was unclear (there were several different locations on the map with the same address. The proximity to the train station meant that the room shook with each passing train, but it was far enough to be about a kilometer walk to the hotel. Worst of all, there was no hot water in the shower.

Avoid!! Unclean, unused, electrical systems not working either, high risk of legionnaires disease due to shower heads

    Liked: Nothing

Disliked: The property hadn’t been used in months so the worry of contracting legionnaires disease is high and still stressful upon our return. The kitchen was dirty and unusable but Antonio from the hotel nearby did offer us breakfast in the hotel due to the awful facilities at the villa and was very pleasant and tried his hardest to cope with the difficulties and discomforts of the villa which was unfit to stay in. Not his fault but the fault of the management and owners. I am requesting all my money back as we had a ruined holiday due to this villa which also had no lounge but a few hard chairs! Disgraceful in every way
