  Liked: Everything we needed, excellent maids. Very clean. Certain equipment broken such as shower head holder. Grounds and pool and location excellent

  Disliked: Tried to check in early left messages before stay with no response, when arrived and called after calling 4 times call handler was extremely unhelpful and rude. But staff on site was excellent

  WARNING: bed bug infestation! Clueless staff tried to put me back into the same contaminated room

  Liked: Nightmare: Bed bug infestation and zero support! My stay turned into a total nightmare due to a severe bed bug infestation. The staff was completely incompetent and didn't even know what bed bugs looked like. After spending the entire night sealing my luggage in plastic and moving hotels at 5:40 AM, they tried to force me back into the infested room because their sister property was full. I had to cut my trip short and fly home. Management broke their promise to refund me, and Booking.com insultingly tried to brush me off with a €16 voucher for over €1,700 in damages and emergency costs. Do not book here!

  Disliked: Health hazard! Bed bugs, broken promises, and awful service. Beware of this property! I discovered live bed bugs in my room. The staff was completely clueless, forcing me to spend the entire night sealing my belongings in plastic bags to avoid contamination. I was moved to a sister hotel at 05:40 AM, only to be kicked out because they overbooked. Their only "solution" was to put me back into the infested, untreated room. I refused and was forced to fly home early. While management explicitly agreed to refund my unslept nights, they have since gone back on their word. To make matters worse, Booking.com tried to settle this €1,744 disaster (flights, hotel, and decontamination gear) with a pathetic €16 voucher.

  Liked: Very easy to check in. Facilities were good. Property was clean and in a nice area.

  Disliked: There was an unpleasant smell coming from the sink that was present for the whole stay.

  Disliked: Very old equipment, small damages on the furniture, mold in the bathroom and on the corridor wall. Funny smell from the aircon
