  Liked: The location is very convenient.

  Disliked: The bed was very uncomfortable and produces squeaking sound every time you move. We were just provided with 2 tissue paper roll for 5 nights stay and there are broken things in the facility that needed immediate repair.

  Liked: The office staff were pleasant and efficient and the location worked very well for us.

  Disliked: If you offer a 3rd floor apartment with no lift then it ought to be obvious. We did not find this out until our arrival. One of us has heart problems and we would never have booked it. Fortunately it was just for 1 evening. We were delayed over an hour from entering the apartment and there was a persistent smell of drains in the property. Although the mattresses were comfortable the beds squeaked with every movement. There were only 3 pillows and 3 mugs in an apartment for 4 people.

  Disliked: It missed a lot of accessories - no toalet paper, no cups for coffee, no small spoons, nothing for the dish washing or for the trash.

  Liked: The location

  Disliked: It smelled, it was dirty, there was ants in the kitchen, they were in the utensils, they went into our food, after complained they came to spray ant spray and promised to come the day after to clean the apartment and they never did.

  I don't recommend this place, terrible beds, smelly appartments, wifi didn't work

  Disliked: For some reason we thought it had air conditioning as we were only looking at places with it, but the property does not. That could have been our mistake to be fair. But the rooms smells moldy, or like old water from the pipes, water pressure was terrible in the shower. The beds felt like a cardboard box, not comfortable at all. It's noisy as it's right beside the bus terminal and big trash bins. No elevator so you have to bring your luggage up to the 3rd floor. Wifi was NOT working, I had to ask multiple times and it still wasn't working. You have to go pick up your keys in a separate location. Put it all together and this place doesn't have anything going for it.

  Wouldn't recommend staying here

  Liked: Nothing

  Disliked: Wifi wasn't working. No aircon. Beds are like a cardboard box, not comfortable at all. Smelly apartments (either mold, humidity or like old water from pipes). No elevator. Noisy outside location.
