Decent
Liked: Very centrally located and great staff.
Disliked: The room wasnt as clean as it should be for a 5 star hotel. The shower temperature fluctuated when on which was important with an infant in tow. The king size bed was two full size beds pushed together which was uncomfortable in the middle.
Absolutely wonderful! Can’t wait to visit again
Liked: The staff were wonderful and looked after us so well. We had a 15 month with us and they were brilliant with her. The cot that was provided was really cute and she even got small slippers and a dressing gown. So thoughtful. Every evening the brought us chocolates, the food and restaurant was superb, and the hotel was incredibly clean.

Beautiful hotel, very clean, attentive staff, great location on Liberdade
Liked: It’s very clean, all throughout the hotel. Staff are very friendly, food in the restaurant is great quality. Very happy with our room with the balcony, spacious room and bathroom with good toiletries. Bar restaurant had a nice cellist in the evening. If/when we come back to Lisbon, this is our hotel.
Disliked: The mattress was a bit creaky, the pillow choices could be better.
