Very good
Great apartment with everything you could need for a comfortable stay!
Perfect location in a smart and modern apartment
Liked: Lovely and smart and modern. 2 bathrooms.
Disliked: 2 shower wasn't useable as the head was too heavy and just kept falling off.
Superb
Liked: Perfect location, it was spacious and all facilities easy to use!! Shopping centre Colombo an easy walk. Pharmacy, super market and everything you may need 10 minutes walk away! The apartment building itself did not have a pool but the was a hotel 2 minutes away where you could pay to use the pool. Definitely staying here every time I travel to Portugal!
Disliked: The furthest bedroom had bad Wi-Fi connection, however the staff dealing with the apartment were only a WhatsApp message away!!
they could do much better
Liked: Good location (15 min away from colombo shopping center, by walking) Nice view (the hotel is in front of benfica stadium, enjoyed watching junior teams practices in sunday mornings)
Disliked: Lack of assistance from the hosts (we spent almost 2 hours trying to locate the keys to access the apartment., none of the contacts provided in booking.com answered the phone calls or responded to sms, in addition none one called us back the following day or send a messsage to at least to know if everything was ok, very poor assistance services) Payment of security deposit without prior notice from booking.com
