Good
Quiet neighborhood in Lisbon, check in needs improvement
Liked: The location was good for access to the metro, aquarium, and science museum. Reasonable to walk around this neighborhood with a stroller. Nice view, good basic kitchen equipment and amazing blackout shades! We appreciated the little details like cookies and coffee, olive oil, laundry detergent, etc. It was a comfortable stay.
Disliked: We were given the wrong code for the lock box. I texted the host and she got me in contact with the property manager, and he gave me some other codes to try but nothing worked and he said he would be there soon. About 10 minutes later he called me back with another code to try and said to shake the box a lot, while we were doing that our daughter dropped the box on the floor and it finally broke open. The whole thing maybe took 30 minutes but thankfully we had set up an e-sim card at the airport! It would have been awful without a way to contact the host. But anyway after 15 hours of travel it was an unpleasant start. The other thing is that the pool was closed for maintenance for over a month, which we know is out of their control, but was not communicated to us beforehand and it was really disappointing for our kids.

Very happy with the apartment and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Lisbon
Liked: The pool was great, views were fantastic, very spacious apartment, close to many shops and restaurants and not to far from the city.
Disliked: Hairdryer was broken, boiler had some issues, bathroom door handles were broke, minor issues.
Lovely stay with some minor kinks to be worked on
Liked: It was clean and tidy. It was organized and smelled lovely. Nice free toiletries and available coffee, biscuits and some cooking basics (olive oil, salt, etc). Tv was nice and modern and we managed to log in to streaming services. Garage spot available and easy to park. Nice view of Lisbon. Great local area and close to shopping center and metro.
Disliked: Accessibility for buggies or wheelchairs is a bit tricky and it's through the garage. Some of the plugs in the wall did not work. Lamps in bedroom unfortunately didn't work either. The boiler kept going off due to a setting issue when its windy, but it happened every single time we used the hot water for more than 3min.
First and last time
Liked: The swimming pool.
Disliked: Half stay WITHOUT INTERNET. We need to walk almost 1 km to Oriente and be able to work with a personal computer. The building is located in a residential area. The technician arrived one day at 8:00 AM to repair the problem with the router. We had to get up early on vacation and give our time to solve this inconvenience. The heater goes off with the wind. There was an detailed instruction about how to turn it on but it is uncomfortable in the middle of a hot shower to receive a cold jet because the heater turns off. You must get out of the shower and go to turn it on. That kind of problems should be anticipated by the owner before renting. We hire under the published conditions. The owner's only interest was to receive municipal taxes in cash. I expect a refund for all the inconveniences in our holidays, terms and conditions publicated were far away from we received.
