Very good
Even though we only stayed one night, we enjoyed the apartment’s modern amenities, and the view of the river was spectac
Liked: Modern building very near the Oriente Train Station and the Metro.
Disliked: It didn’t bother me, but my wife did not like having to use multiple lifts to get to the apartment.
Best choice if you need a spacy place and don't plan to stay in it rather than for a night time
Liked: Location and view are amazing. Easy to travel by any vehicle - airplane, bus, train, car. Very easy access to all Parque de Nacoes locations and facilities
Disliked: Fit out is 15+ years old, as well as the furniture in the living room. apartment layout is weird - small and narrow living room, and the same size kitchen next to it. Two small bedrooms. During our stay (Saturday to Sunday) it was very noisy up till 1:00 AM - disco and traffic, and there was only one air conditioning unit (movable) for all premises.

Liked: Location is great, just steps from the train station, restaurants and stores. Very clean. Late check in very accommodating. Amenities include bathroom shampoo/gels/soaps, coffee/tea (no dishwasher or dish soap)
Disliked: The living room furniture is old and out of place- the photo is definitely from better days, there is a table that is somehow crooked/tilted and two armchairs that are old and worn out. The windows opened completely and there are no screens. Bedroom mattress was thin.

Liked: The view from the windows was beautiful.
Disliked: Finding the entrance to the building was very difficult. The building was not labeled. It could use newer furniture and softer beds. There is no air conditioning in the bedrooms.
