  It's not worth the money

  Liked: The location is really good!

  Disliked: The house smelled of mold and the window looked directly onto the street; people even greeted me from outside.

  A great place to stay

  Liked: We stayed in the apartment for a week and found it very comfortable. It has everything you need for everyday life: a great shower, a comfortable bed, and a small kitchen with all the essentials (fridge, stove, dishwasher, a good set of dishes, and even salt, pepper, and oil). There is also a washing machine, dryer, and hairdryer. I also really liked the Belém area. It is less touristy than central Lisbon and requires a bit of transportation to reach, but it is wonderful in its own right and definitely worth visiting — beautiful gardens, museums, great cafés nearby, and charming old streets. I think next time I would stay here again.

  Disliked: The only downside of the apartment itself is that the entrance opens directly onto the street, right next to the road, so you are literally opening your bedroom door onto the sidewalk and traffic lane. However, this did not really bother us — the neighborhood is quiet, and the noise dies down in the evening. There are also shutters on the windows and door to block out excess light. On the plus side, there are no stairs at all, which is very convenient when traveling with large bags. We also received the check-in instructions at the very last moment and had to call in order to get them, but in the end everything worked out fine. It might simply be a good idea to call a little in advance yourself.

  I was in flat for one week with my family and service was very bad. No one charged the tower for

  Liked: I didn’t have a breakfast because it was included

  Disliked: AC wasn’t working properly, bed is not good at all, there’s not a TV, they don’t clean at all. To honest it is a very bad place to stay.

  Liked: The stay was disappointing due to cleanliness issues. When we first arrived, there was a strong bad smell and visible mold in the house. The sheets had clearly not been changed — they were dirty, with hair and stains on the pillows. The towels also had a very unpleasant odor. Despite complaining several times and requesting replacements, nothing was done, and we had to spend the first night in these conditions. Additionally, it felt like we were sleeping right on the street due to the loud noise from passing cars and buses throughout the night. On the positive side, the bathroom was clean with reliable hot water, and the kitchen was well-equipped with enough utensils and facilities for cooking. Unfortunately, the lack of cleanliness and the bad smell really affected our comfort and made it hard to enjoy the stay.

  Disliked: Totally waste of money. There was no bed in the apartment. There was only broken sofa bed and because of that me and partner both have very bad back pain. Place full of dust and hairs. Please don’t book this property. They show something in the pictures but doesn’t meet expectations. Totally waste of money. I want my refund back.

  Worse experience ever & will never return here! They sent me 3 miscommunicated emails with details on how to retriev

  Liked: I chose this place as it is self catering

  Disliked: Apartment is in a very noisy location in a very busy road with lots of very early morning traffic! Some of the appliances in apartment were broken eg.Toaster My personal towels were removed by a cleaner by mistake & only 1 towel was returned.
