Exceptional
Lovely clean apartment in a great location
Liked: It was extremely clean, good size apartment and close to the centre of Belém.
Disliked: The shower temperature was temperamental
Liked: The host was very very kind and helpful. Super accommodating and could not have asked for more. The apartment is a really beautiful size and has all the facilities needed for a pleasant stay. We truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
Superb
Liked: Lovely clean apartment. Bed v comfortable and the patio was an added bonus. An easy walk into Belem where you can get a tram to Porto. Found a car parking space right outside the accommodation.
Disliked: Only thing would be a fan in the bedroom. The main light could be replaced with a ceiling fan. Other than that it was perfect
Successful trip and overall happy with accomodation
Liked: Good pre- trip contact. Maria arranged to meet at apt shortly after flight landing. No messing around waiting for keys. Functional and clean for me as solo traveller. Bed was comfy, decent shower and sufficient space for hanging clothes. Location was fine for my purpose as within short walking distance to my conference venue. Short walk to a few local cafes and restaurants. Getting into downtown Lisbon was fairly straightforward by bus and tram,though 30-40mins travel time.
Disliked: Unfortunately, very very loud drilling work coming from building adjacent which started shortly after I arrived on first day. I went out and was luckily out all day the next 2 days at a conference. Evening quiet. Just unlucky I guess, but worth making extra checks with bookings in future.
Exceptional
An enjoyable stay in Lisbon
Liked: Quiet, everything worked as it should, appliances, lights etc, no issues with shower and wash basin drainage for instance, which you often find in these properties. It was clean and tidy and with good quality appliances. The hot water was always available and utensils clean and of good quality and in matching sets. The outside terrace was ok to sit in but tended to get dirty day by day. Not a good idea to leave the outside furniture cushions out all night as the area get bits and bird feathers after a few days. All in all we would recommend this property to anyone. There are no adverse issues at all. Well done to the owners.
Disliked: We were very pleased with first impressions. We did not have any dislikes when we were there.
