Disliked: We paid the full price but were locked out of both rooms. It was so unfair. We tried to contact him during this time but he saw the message but didn't reply. The hygiene was very poor, the sheets smelled moldy, there was nothing in the whole house, and the only bottle of water had expired several months ago. The bed was very small and of poor quality, and a 1.8-meter-tall boy's legs could be stretched out. The actual living environment did not match the Booking photos.
