Fabulous
We had a great time! The room was so clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was perfect
Liked: The room was large and so clean! We felt safe and comfortable! Also the location was so perfect right next to a sweets place!
Perfect for short stay
Liked: We had a very pleasant stay! The room was spacious, with a lovely balcony, and everything was very clean and tidy. We also really appreciated being allowed to leave our luggage after check-out, which was very convenient and made our last day much easier. Overall, a comfortable stay and a great experience!
Disliked: The stay was pleasant overall, but a few things could be improved: a kettle in the room would be a nice addition, and the water temperature in the sink and shower changed very suddenly, causing us to get burned several times. There is no lift, so this may be inconvenient for guests with disabilities or heavy luggage. The room faces a busy street with frequent trams, making it quite noisy with the windows open. The location is great for visiting Belém Tower and Jerónimos Monastery for a short stay, but getting to the city centre or airport takes quite a long time, even by public transport.
Liked: Nice big room with great location and good views from balcony
Disliked: Pillows were a bit hard for my liking with the location you can hear vehicles going by at night. We arrived after check in time around 4pm and they was still cleaning the room on the last day it was 10am so an hour before check out someone entered our room as heard and saw the door close but didn't see who before I realised probably cleaner which wasn't the happiest about as we wasn't decent as we was getting ready

Liked: Close to the train station, Belém attractions.
Disliked: No elevator, had alot of luggage to bring up. As well, bathing in a high tub with no handles was hard to get in and out without slipping. Not a hotel with people with accessibility issues.
