Nice spacious apartment. However, the stay was ruined by staff attitude and street noise
Liked: Large spacious apartment
Disliked: Extremely noisy area right in front of the highway, almost impossible to sleep tight with the balcony open, motorcycles, racing cars, etc.. Feels like they are in your room. But this is okay, what’s not okay is that the washing machine didn’t work. I specifically rented apartment with the washing machine because I needed it, apartment management stuff was responding slow and felt like they didn’t care about the issue, all they said was- you can go to public laundry and we’ll reimburse the costs. I don’t want to go to public laundry and waste my time! I had to have a washing machine in the apartment I rented! No compensation for the inconvenience was offered. Totally disappointed with the service.

Liked: This apartment was exactly as shown in the profile picture. A clean, modern, and well-maintained apartment. It was great to have a working air-conditioning especially during the hot summer. Great location, close to two stations, one only two minutes walk and Oriente station about 15 minutes, supermarkets and shopping mall close by. Easy connections to Lisbon centre, Belem, Sintra and airport. Lovely balcony and view. On a popular traffic route so there is the occasional noise but wasn't a problem because the flat has double glaze. The hosts were responsive to queries, via email or WhatsApp.
Disliked: The lighting in the corridors/floor lobby area could be improved. I had to use my phone's Torchlight to be able to enter the code for the door to the apartment. Also, the knob on the lever to switch from tap to shower is broken. It was a slight inconvenience compared to how good other facilities in the apartment were, so would be good to have this fixed.
Liked: Location, Cleanliness, Facilities. The apartment was very comfortable. The few queries we had were attended to with prompt responses. Will definitely return for another extended stay.

Really nice place to stay while exploring a Lisboa or having work meetings
Liked: The place was exactly how it's described on the booking. It was clean, cosy. Communication was smooth. the metro station is just couple steps from the main entrance and you can reach the city quite fast ant comfortable. There were all necessary equipment - coffee machine, dishwasher, iron, washing machine etc.
Disliked: The only things i might missed, were dishwasher tablets (it could be more taking into account that we stayed almost a week. The same valid for garbage bags and washing machine tablets. Although we have not asked for them additional. Also the ironing board/table should be changed to a new one.
