Very good
Great location and wonderful shower!
Liked: The location couldn't be better, across from that big beautiful park! Staff were quite helpful, the beds were comfy and the shower was fantastic!!
We would strongly recommend this hotel to our friends
Liked: The hospitality here was absolutely wonderful. The reception staff provided some of the best service I have ever experienced at any hotel. It was incredibly helpful that they watched our large luggage’s for a few days while we traveled around northern Portugal. Breakfast was delicious, and the room was clean and comfortable. While the hotel is a bit away from the city center, it’s a pleasant walk down the main avenue, and with subway and bus stations nearby, we didn't face any inconvenience at all.
Excellent
Liked: Great location, close to the metro and a beautiful park with parrots roaming freely; the room was clean and cosy. We met lots of reception staff during our stay, and they were all very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: It would be nice to have a couple of hooks in the bathroom for the towels.
Liked: The staff were super helpful, location good. Lovely being across from the park, convenient to the metro. Room was clean, breakfast good.
Nice little rooms to discover the city
Liked: Location is a huge plus point for this hotel. You can reach almost part of the city (airport included) with the nearby bus stops. The room size was good enough for a 2-person short-stay (2-3 nights).
Disliked: Can't think of any.
