Liked: Perfect location! Kind staff and comfortable room.
Enjoyable stay
Liked: Location is walking distance to the Belem Tower and Jeronimos Monastery and Very closr to the Belem Nata shop. It is clean and safe. Proffessional staff. They recommend an authentic Portuguese restaurant (O Prado) a short walk away which provided excellently prepred seafood. We had an early flight and needed to leave the hotel at 3:00am. Breakfadt was included and the hotel was able to provide a breakfast for us to take away:) We were on the garden side which was quiet and lovely.

Liked: Great location, rooms are cleaned daily, good shower, good wi-fi connection
Disliked: Poor breakfast, very dark room, all the furniture is too old. All the building needs a renovation, there was a bad smell in bathroom due to pipes, but disappeared after usage
An Excellent Choice
Liked: From my point of view, the location was very good as close to the event venue. At the same it is very easy to get to the centre of Lisbon (train or tram). Lots of restaurants and museums around. Plus there is a nice walk by the riverside. Road not too noisy. Room was a bit basic but for had all the required amenities. Rooms were clean daily too. Breakfast Ok too. Staff very helpful.
Disliked: At times wifi connect was a little unreliable during one particular day which for most people is ok. I had some work to do, on that exact day, so at times it was that little bit frustrating.
Lovely hotel with great staff in a good location
Liked: A perfect stay and I am not just saying that. The staff were incredibly helpful for all my time there. They went out of their way to assist me. Room was good with a lovely firm bed (particularly helpful for someone with back issues).
