Good
Liked: They raised the prices without letting me know in Last minute just because hotel was full so they charge what ever they want.
Liked: Room was basic but good enough. Housekeeping came everyday. Some toiletries included. Staff are great, helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Doors shut noisily. Woken up by neighbours everyday. Breakfast was not good. Small selection and the stuff they did have was not great. Should not hAve added it on.
Liked: Location, bed very comfortable.
Disliked: Price a bit high.
Liked: Staff were very friendly especially staff at reception, very helpful & welcoming
Liked: Spacious room, very clean. Conveniently located just a few steps away from metro (blue line) and several bus stations.
Disliked: Often missing stuff from breakfast (food, glasses, eating utensils). Room has a bad smell, which was somewhat attenuated by aircon.
I enjoyed and staff members were amazing
