Good stay!!
Liked: When we complained about the room being next to the lift the staff were helpful and moved us after the first night.
Disliked: Originally we were in a room next to the lift. It was too noisy but the hotel moved us to a much better room on the top floor.
Perfect location for exploring Lisbon
Liked: Great location. Had elevators. Hollywood theme.
Disliked: Buffet breakfast for €18. McDonald’s is across the street.

Disliked: Small things I’d expect from a 4 star hotel. Mini fridge, complementary water bottle refilled each day.
Liked: The location of the hotel is excellent. It’s easy to get to shopping, parks, and restaurants. Taxis and Uber are plentiful. The reception was a bit frosty but the breakfast staff was excellent, really helpful.
Disliked: Parking was an issue. The garage was at another hotel. It was a long walk over to the hotel. From the internet info I understood it was close by. Plus it wasn't explained how the system worked to park there. The staff at the other hotel were very nice and answered all my questions. The arrangement was good in that it was at no cost to the client.
