Liked: The hotel is beautiful and its location is absolutely fabulous. The staff were so kind. Our room was spacious, modern and clean! It really could not be better! We will definitely stay there on our next visit to the enchanting city of Lisbon!

Excellent and well located hotel in Lisbon!
Liked: Our room at Hotel Santa Justa was a beautiful example of how a hotel room should be designed. There was ample lighting, controlled by simple switches, and nice windows overlooking the street which were well insulated against street noise. The blinds were electrically operated and worked well at the touch of a switch. The bathroom had a proper door and the shower had a sliding door that completely sealed it and prevented water spilling outside. A stool was provided that could be used inside or outside the shower. Beds were comfortable, and there were power outlets over the night tables to charge our phones. The A/C worked flawlessly on demand, and a card was provided to let it run while we were away. The front desk people were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was very nice, and to our surprise the restaurant served tasty dishes at dinner time - which was a nice change from the tourist trap places on Rua Augusta. As a bonus, the restaurant had Fado nights three times a week. Location was outstanding, close to everything and just a couple of blocks from the start of tram line 15 to go to Belem.
Disliked: The hotel is on the corner of two pedestrian streets. Taxis and Uber will drop you off a short block from the hotel door.
