Fabulous
Comfortable for one or two nights stay
Liked: They have 24h reception and a garage. The room for a family with 2 adults and 2 children was very spacious.
Disliked: It’s very outdated, the room full of wooden furniture smells like old times. The small kitchen are is very small. Overall the hotel needs some renovation.

Almost perfect but not quite
Liked: The breakfast was amazing, the rooms were unbelievably spacious especially for the price and the location in a European capital city centre. The water pressure for the taps, toilet, and shower was also incredible. The location was incredible. The views are wonderful, both the pool view rooms and the street view rooms.
Disliked: Most of the plug outlets don't work and there aren't enough plug sockets to begin with. One of them nearly electrocuted me and tripped the breaker so they had to repair the outlet. They kept fobbing me off whenever I asked them to fix my bedroom air conditioner that kept making a loud rattling sound that the one in the main room and the ones in my mother's rooms didn't make, kept me awake all night every night so I was going out and about extremely tired and sleep deprived all the time and remember significantly less of my holiday as a result of the sleep deprivation and it was too hot to sleep without the AC, they were basically refusing to fix it without actually refusing to fix it. Everything from the breakfast buffet was spot on except for the bacon that was mostly just fat with practically no meat. The sofa is awful because you can feel the metal bar of the sofa bed through the cushions when you sit on it, most uncomfortable sofas ever.

Liked: Well equipped kitchenette. It’s of an older decor but was comfortable and value for money. Breakfast also good and staff helpful & is close to public transport. Would stay again.
Disliked: No complaints.
A very pleasant one week stay
Liked: Breakfast very good but the staff were a little slow and uninterested. Location was good, being very close to bus stops.
Disliked: Very large suite which was a nice surprise. Some of the fixings, eg bathroom mirror and hairdryer weren’t functioning and the other fittings required upgrading.
