  The apartment is great for business or personal travel. Very friendly owner. Highly recommend!

  Liked: Maria Joao welcomed us in the apartment. She showed us everything, and asked us about our preferences. She also provided some welcome goods, such us coffee, tea, cookies. She also took us to the nearest grocery shop.

  An excellent place for a comfortable family vacation

  Liked: A very cozy, spacious apartment with a large terrace. All four bedrooms have access to the terrace, a perfect spot for sitting in peace and quiet during the evening. Since the bedrooms and the terrace face a quiet side street, you won’t be disturbed by any noise at night. A supermarket and a metro station are within walking distance. The location is highly convenient—it’s easy to reach the historic city center by metro or head out of the city by car.

  Disliked: There is no drinking water filter in the kitchen. We had to buy and carry 6 liters of water every day for the 5 of us. That was the only thing we felt was missing. Otherwise, everything was wonderful!:)

  A fabulous few days away with. my 18yo son

  Liked: From the moment we met with Maria to get keys and be shown the property it was absolutely seamless and easy. The accomodation is absolutely sensational, MASSIVE and very comfortable. Great facilities for anything you'd want to do in terms of eating, drinking etc. There are shops fairly nearby (although the closest one is down (and back up carrying bags) lots of stairs - which wreaked havoc with my knee (it was already bad before I went to the shop but was much worse thereafter - but that's not the accommodation's fault!) The showers (there are two) were FANTASTIC with great pressure and the toilets were spotless, as was everywhere else. I had to contact the host a couple of times during our stay and she was wonderful to deal with, quick to respond and just generally very welcoming and attentive. I would highly recommend, you can uber anywhere relatively inexpensively (or you can walk if you so desire). There's a massive shopping centre nearby, next to the Benfica stadium (which you can see from the apartment) with loads of shops and an absolutely massive, brilliantly stocked supermarket. There's also a cracking bar very nearby which sells really good food, the smash burger and garlic prawns were sensational. It's called Lisbon House and the staff are absolutely wonderful. If you're looking at this property as a potential place to stay - book it, it is absolutely tremendous.

  Liked: Big apartment. Underground station quite close. Although the building is overall very badly sound proofed, every evening around 11 the entire building went totally quiet. Supermarket really close. 2 bathrooms that are modern. Maria coordinated the stay well.

  Disliked: The building offers no sound privacy. The back terrace is not well maintained. It appears in the pictures, but it's pretty much useless, as it offers no amenities. The apartment is a bit like a museum, with a lot of decorative furniture like in the pictures. While it was interesting, most of the wardrobes from the bedrooms were locked as well, and you had no place to put your clothes in. The apartment is in great need of fixing their doors, the handles are a nightmare, the one in one of the rooms cannot close, all the handles make terrible noises. One of the children that we traveled with locked herself in the bathroom and it took us several hours to get her out because the lock got stuck. The owner knew about this beforehand, but left the key in.... A lot of the dishes in the kitchen were dirty, clearly they were not well cleaned by the dishwasher. This can happen, but the cleaning team is just not good. The upper bed from the children's room was dirty. While the mattress was clean and the sheets, the frame of the bed was full of hair and dirt. Lastly the mattresses were so hard and uncomfortable that we all got back pain. Would not recommend the place.
