Exceptional
Cosy and well located
Liked: Loved that there were so many hooks and storage. Felt right at home. It was cosy. Loved having an electric kettle. Very good location - right in the center of everything, with easy access to public transport too. Also, next to a great Cafe for breakfast/brunch, and a restaurant open till late that is very good.
Disliked: A lot of steps and codes to get in. The unit above is very noisy - lots of jumping and loud music after midnight.

Liked: We had a wonderful time during our stay in Lisbon, and choosing this hotel made our experience even better. The location was excellent, right in the heart of downtown, making it easy to explore the city. The place was very clean and well-maintained, and our host, Vanda, was such a lovely and welcoming person. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Lisbon!

Great location, comfy bed, quiet room
Liked: The location is fantastic-easy to walk anywhere in the city centre. Although the entrance is on a busy street-rooms are very quiet and beds are super comfortable. Staff and owner is very friendly and helpful! We had a great stay here and recommend this place.

Clean and good location but lack of hot water for almost a day soured our mood
Liked: Great location, clean
Disliked: No hot water for almost one whole day. When I contacted the property about that, they said a component that heats up the water broke and could only be fixed the following day. I understand things break down but, it should be the property informing the clients and not the other way around. There needs to be a mechanism in place to let the property know immediately when there is an issue. That issue, sort of soured our stay.
