Liked: Big room with washing machine
Disliked: Better securities Our room was on the ground floor facing the street. I mean, you push the door open by the street then the next is your bed. So impossible to open the window, no airflow at all. Worst of all, on our final night, someone banged heavily on our door for around five minutes at 2am. We were so shocked that we nearly had a heart attack. Additiona The place looked good when I first booked it. But after reading more reviews and checking information about this area, I realised it is not tourist-friendly and not safe. I tried to cancel the booking with reasons within 20 minutes after placing the order. Without doubt, my cancellation request was rejected by the host. At least a reply regarding my concerns?

Disliked: When we arrived at the apartment, there was a very unpleasant smell of mould. The bed, sheets, and almost everything inside the apartment felt damp and wet. Cleaning team came and changed the sheets so thank you for that. The apartment had no windows, which meant we had to keep the door open to get some fresh air. The floor was extremely cold, so we had to walk around wearing our shoes. The worst part was that we were travelling with our 1.5-year-old baby. Because of the dampness, cold floor, and overall conditions, she had to spend almost all her time in bed or on the sofa, which was far from ideal for a family with a small child. On the second day of our stay, water started leaking through the ceiling. We cleaned it up ourselves, and the staff eventually came to fix the problem. They acknowledged that we had ended up in one of the worst apartments they had and understood how disappointing the situation was. They promised to try to move us to another apartment, but unfortunately, no alternative was provided, and we had to stay there for the entire week. Communication via WhatsApp was also disappointing. It felt as though we were talking to an AI agent rather than someone who could genuinely help us resolve the situation. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially when travelling with a young child. The dampness, smell of mould, lack of windows, cold floor, and water leaking from the ceiling made the apartment uncomfortable and unsuitable for our needs. We would not choose to stay here again.

Disliked: Safe did not work and although I reported it on numerous occasions and sent WhatsApp videos of the problem, it was not resolved during our stay
Liked: Very nice space and very good use of space. It had everything I needed inside.
