Guest reviews
Very good
Really great apartments
Liked: The locality and rooms
Disliked: The air conditioning does not work well
Overall, the fantastic location and comfort made for a highly enjoyable stay
Liked: This modern apartment offers great comfort and excellent facilities right in the vibrant heart of Chiado, with the added convenience of a luggage storage service located just steps away. The space is beautifully simple and well-equipped, making it a highly functional base for exploring the city.
Disliked: As it is situated in a lively district, guests should anticipate hearing the energetic sounds of local city life until late into the evening. Additionally, a bit of attention to minor maintenance, such as repairing the bathroom lock and handle, would greatly enhance the stay. A more thorough cleaning check between guests would also be beneficial, as we noticed a few overlooked areas like the floors, kitchen cabinet doors, and unwashed dishes left in the dishwasher.
Overall is good
Liked: Location is convenience to metro, buses and tram to go everywhere.
Disliked: Checking time not convenience when you arrive early.
Very pleasant and easy to walk everywhere from the appartment
Liked: Space and location
Disliked: The property falls well below Numa standards and the property is in poor shape, should not be a part of the Numa portfolio
Liked: Location
Disliked: Congested space
