Fabulous
Great solution for a trip (1 or 2 people) to visit Lisbon for a few days
Liked: Easy check-in/check-out. Great position, though a bit in a chaotic area. Not very accessible, there is a very steep ramp with a locked gate, and room for a wheelchair elevator platform that is not installed. We travelled with a few pieces of luggage and a stroller, and we had to do multiple trips to bring everything up: elevators are also fairly small. The facility is quiet, safe and well-maintained. The room is clean, decently sized, and the bed is comfortable. I found it to be a great solution overall. The kitchen is well-equipped for a basic meal and its main functionality.
Disliked: Considering there are no amenities on site, no reception desk or personnel, I was expecting the price to be a bit more competitive, though it is still better than most of the other solutions.

Liked: Access to the property and room was easy enough with the codes being sent by WhatsApp prior to our stay
Disliked: Luggage storage was chargeable whilst we waited to check in. Sirens sounded throughout the night. Sofa was uncomfortable and it wasn't possible to cast to the tele

Liked: I liked the neighborhood and the property’s proximity to the metro station. There were also many shops within walking distance, making it easy to purchase food, groceries, and other essentials.
Disliked: The flooring was very squeaky and made considerable noise whenever we walked, which frequently disturbed our 14-month-old baby while sleeping. Another issue was the low height of the kitchen cabinets above the sink and cooktop. I am 5 feet 7 inches tall, and I repeatedly bumped my head against them while cooking or washing dishes. I had to bend or stand in an awkward position to use the kitchen without hitting my head.

Be aware of internet issues. The apartment advertising says high speed internet, it’s false advertising
Liked: Location, the size of rooms, layout.
Disliked: Internet. The trip was work related and having internet was a must condition. Back and forth with the management team, promises to check, no results. The internet signal was only in the hallway, dropping every several minutes in living room or bedroom. The technician checks the signal outside the apartment, next to the entrance door. Not entering the apartment to check missing signals inside. Very frustrating and terrible inconvenience for working. In addition kitchen cabinets don’t give an access to the sink. Be careful not to bump your head.
