Liked: A great family friendly hotel
Creature comforts
Liked: Top notch service and impeccable rooms.
Liked: The staff were so attentive. It’s really family friendly. Lots of options for breakfast.
Disliked: It was a bit further from the centre of Lisbon but suited us. Food was a tad expensive

Disliked: the prepaid arrangement included breakfast. However, due to a very early checkout at 5am this was not possible and a breakfast to go not practical as we had to go through security at the airport. So we asked for a credit or a voucher we could have used in the restaurant during their opening times. This was declined by the management, though. We would have expected a little more flexibility here.
