Exceptional
Excellent choice as a base to explore Lisbon and beyond
Liked: Great location-easy to walk to main areas and access transport points. Supermarkets and bars located close by meant lots of options for eating or buying food Accommodation was easy to access as we arrived when someone was at reception. Apartment was brilliant-clean and had all the amenities needed for our stay. Roof terrace was lovely and easy to access. Loved the honesty bar idea!
Disliked: Oven didn’t work, and while reception tired to fix it, they did know this was an issue but didn’t tell us in advance or when we checked in.
Liked: Great space and location for a family of 3. Walkable location. There's a small grocery store right next door which was convenient. I would definitely return.
Disliked: The parking garage and spots are very narrow and sometimes hard to maneuver if you don't have a compact car.
Love it would come back to it <3

Great location for exploring Lisbon
Liked: Great location for exploring Lisbon. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Nice to have a roof top space with honesty bar. Studio was furnished stylishly and extra touches like the bathrobes, hair straightener and steamer were great to have. There is a small supermarket immediately adjacent which was very handy.
Disliked: Mattress was a little uncomfortable and a bit wobbly meaning every movement was exaggerated. Dining chairs were stylish but squeaky which was a bit annoying. There is a TV but unless you already subscribe to a streaming service it was no use. The radio which we assume was a Bluetooth speaker also didn’t link up. These are minor complaints but more information up front about how things work would have helped. There was an issue with a faulty fire alarm and while things like that happen the problem was the lack of onsite staff to take charge at the time of the alarm. The first help phone number wasn’t answered and we couldn’t be sure that anyone was responding to the alarm. Eventually the second number was answered. Given that a global apology was issued by WhatsApp later in the day it would have been a good idea to communicate with guests at the time of the alarm to provide assurance.

Liked: Great accomodation, super comfy bed and great location. Gym right across the road.
Disliked: if there was access to a gym that woukld be great
