  Overall we were very pleased and would stay there again, hopefully in an apartment without stairs

  Liked: We loved the great location. The spacious apartment had comfortable beds, a nice bathroom with a great shower, and a well-equipped kitchen with good appliances and a much-appreciated welcome package. The balcony wasn't spacious, but it was nice to be able to it sit outside.

  Disliked: We would have appreciated a concierge on-site or available when texted or called. The stairs to the second floor bedroom and bathroom were unexpected and didn't have a banister. The front door wouldn't open on our second day, and was left unlocked for a couple of days. The foyer lights and elevator didn't always work.

  Great stay but take some ear plugs

  Liked: The hosts were exceptional. Very accessible, responsive and friendly. The facilities within the apartment were great and everything you needed was provided. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was high quality.

  Disliked: The apartment is located in a bohemian area of Lisbon which gets very busy at night. We struggled to sleep due to noise from the surrounding bars and people in the street. We spoke to the hosts about this and they kindly supplied us with ear plugs, sleep masks and a bottle of wine. Using the ear plugs on the subsequent nights of our stay made a very positive difference.

  Excellent stay, we loved it and would come back without hesitation. A slight improvement is necessar

  Liked: The location is great, central, the cleanliness is TOP, the cosy style helps to feel at home.

  Disliked: We did not appreciate the fact that not enough coffee,sugar, was available in the room. Only salt and peper. nothing to support self cooking and nothing to support breakfast
