Beautiful hotel, amazing location
Liked: Such a friendly and welcoming staff. The location is amazing you are right in the heart of Lisbon!
Liked: Great location modern facility
Disliked: Rooms and bathroom were a little small
Disappointed
Liked: The area.
Disliked: The entrance of the hotel. No reception area to sit and relax. The lift was extremely smelly. The plumbing was dreadful in the sink. Our windows virtually backed onto the adjacent building and outside fans were on constantly therefore couldn't open windows and no views. Therefore making it very expensive. As a long staying guest I was expecting something better and was told there was nothing else. Not true.
