Liked: I was a solo traveller, and this hotel was a perfect place to slow down and relax. The rooms were very comfortable, the service exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was diverse and very tasty, I took my time during breakfast to enjoy my coffee and plan the day ahead
Disliked: Nothing I was not aware of prior to booking: I was hoping to have a spa/massage facility on site for a relaxing time. The hotel was a bit far from city centre, but easily reachable via public transport or taxis.

The birthday surprise prepared for my daughter was beautifully arranged, and the gesture at our door was both touching and memorable. Thank you for making her day truly special.
