The accommodation itself was acceptable, but the stressful check-in, lack of housekeeping
Liked: The staff member was helpful when I finally managed to contact her on the night of my arrival. I appreciated her assistance in helping me access the accommodation after a stressful check-in experience.
Disliked: The check-in machine was problematic, and no emergency contact number was available when I arrived after a long flight. I had to rely on a traveler from France to help me make a call, and I spent over an hour feeling stressed before I could enter the accommodation. They should add one phone line for direct contact. Additionally, no daily cleaning or towel and bedsheet changes were provided throughout my stay from 13 to 19 October. I sent messages via WhatsApp but received no response, which was disappointing.

Disliked: The room was very hot, and the bed was uncomfortable. The toilet and shower were combined in one room and were often occupied. Some guests did not clean up after themselves in the bathroom. It was also difficult to carry a suitcase up to the top floor because of the narrow staircase.
Great facility but poor service from staff
Liked: The rooms were clean and the shared bathroom was well maintained
Disliked: I tried several times to get in touch with the staff and they never answered the phone or my messages
Disliked: there was noise from other tenants in the building
Excellent value for money
Liked: I loved the place. Very simple room with shared baths (which were very beautiful and clean). Cheap price and very well located, with nice restaurants close.
Disliked: Rooms are not soundproof - which did not disturb me.
