Fabulous
Liked: Very clean and spacious. The owner is a very nice and helpful person. You can always reach him if you have any issues. The apartment is very close to the University (my reason for the stay) and to the subway station. There is a small Auchan and a Lidl very close, several pastry shops that also serve coffee and breakfast as well as good restaurants for dinner in walking distance.
Disliked: Thin walls but could sleep well
Cozy & Clean Stay
Liked: Clean & tidy apartment with fully equipped kitchen, 5min walk to subway station & Lidl supermarket, quiet even if it’s ground floor & beside the road, host Mr Jose is friendly & helpful
Disliked: TV is tiny & installed too high, mobile heater is too small to keep the room warm during winter, power tripped when heater & electric kettle worked at the same time, exhaust fan in bathroom gets very noisy after 10min, hot water was not even enough for 2 persons’ shower, too bad bath tub could not be enjoyed

Liked: Feeling of a home, and the owner was a kind man,very helpful n approachable.
Disliked: There was nothing not to like. It was a perfect stay
Quiet, residential area with shops and restaurants nearby
Liked: It really has everything (the oven was not working, though). It's a good area if you'd like to stay relatively close to the university or to the airport. There are shops and restaurants nearby. I felt at home and had a great stay there!
Disliked: I think the flat is situated right next to businesses that deal a lot with running water (not sure what exactly) so it gets a bit loud during the day. Not at night, though. It's very quiet and one can sleep really well there. Other than that, everything is great.
Nice, clean apartment in a quiet location
Liked: - a clean flat with almost everything you need (iron, cooking utensils and etc) - located near the subway station in a quiet district, supermarket is also close to the apartment - Internet is ok - it was comfortable tempreture inside during our staying, not cold, not hot.
Disliked: there was some strange noise almost every night from behind the wall from 12 am to 12.30, which disturbing our sleep
