Fun, spacious, comfortable and well located accommodation and a memorable experience
Liked: Great location and experience and space. Our young daughter loved it. The house boat was very spacious and comfortable and well appointed with coffee, fridge and simple kitchen. Much bigger than a hotel room for the same price with the added adventure and experience of staying on a boat. very clean and tidy. Also being near the huge river there was a nice breeze. Owner for very polite and efficient. Great views in the morning sun rise and really well located for aquarium, promenade walks, close access to the airport, lots of restaurants and bars although not the most traditional authentic type (more expensive city chains, but reliable).
Disliked: We stayed on a Saturday night and there was some loud music from the local bars however, this didn't really bother us and was nice to be part of the local weekend festivities.
Excellent
Liked: It was definitely a different experience staying on a houseboat compared to the usual business hotel, but it did have everything you need and added that little extra feeling of vacation.
Disliked: The ropes holding the boat in place are very loud when there is a lot of wind. But once you are sleeping it doesn't bother you.
