Exceptional
Great place to stay in Lisbon
Liked: Well located, very friendly staff, amazing breakfast, comfortable rooms, sauna, indoor and outdoor pool
Disliked: Fitness and spa equipment under maintenance, gym a bit small
Just amazing
Liked: Very well situated. Staff, quality of food and drink, staff and hotel amazing.
Disliked: Nothing
Once our initial problems were sorted, we enjoyed the hotel stay
Liked: The breakfast was exceptional, the staff friendly and the location excellent.
Disliked: We initially had problems because the beds were not separated. We were given another room but the mattress protector was old and the elastic was had worn out and the duvet had absolutely no stuffing.
Perfect luxury hotel in the heart of Lisbon
Liked: The location is amazing, right in the city heart. However, it feels very tranquille and spacious. Staff is amazing. Breakfast is superb. Rooms are comfortable. Food is good!
Disliked: Bit nitpicky, but the beds were very soft (too soft for my taste).

Liked: Perfect location. Lovely hotel and pool area. Staff very helpful and friendly
Disliked: Cold buffet at breakfast would be better with just A La Carte for cooked. Need a kettle in the rooms for tea. Coffee machine not suitable for tea
Quiet oasis in the center of the city
Liked: Located near to main streets, but on a quiet street in behind the main ones. Beautiful restoration/repurposing of the buildings. Great staff.
Disliked: Nothing. Would love to stay there again!
