Fabulous
extra charge without notice + no natural light in the room or the floor
Liked: it was close to tube and buses
Disliked: Booked a room for 2 adults and a child. received several emails that they cannot accommodate a child. then agreed we sleep in a big bed the three of us on a king size bed which we were okay with. we were charged before we arrived on arrival after checked in they said they forgot to tell that they have us a different room with an extra small bed for our child...and they charged us another £110 without notice. the room was on the tenth floor. like a prison, no natural light watcsoever. four rooms on the floor no window. tiny window in the room which didn't provide any natural light. it was just suffocating. absolutely horrible. definitely the worse ever experience.

Liked: Staff are helpful. Location good.
Disliked: The handle on the door of bathroom is very dangerous, will hurt fingers when closing the door. The handle is fixed too near to the side.

Liked: We liked the room and location of the hotel. It was really close to busses and metro stations + really nice restaurants.
Disliked: Everyday the room was really nicely cleaned. The beds were really comfortable.
Stay if you don’t need wifi
Liked: The location. There are supermarkets and restaurants in proximity.
Disliked: The WiFi. Every day you return, you need to connect in the lobby, forget the network, then reconnect again in the room. Every single time. The staff are also not very helpful. Also, housekeeping is not consistent. One day I get water in a bottle, sweetener, biscuit, and on some days I don’t.
