Exceptional
Liked: Rooms, great breakfest
Disliked: ok
Clean hotel, good breakfast, but impolite staff
Liked: Location of the hotel was fairly alright, as most distances were within an Uber or Bolt drive away. The breakfast was quite lovely, there was great effort to ensure that there was something different every day at the breakfast buffet.
Disliked: Right from the check-in our experience of the staff was rather disappointing, no effort to be welcoming, no smiles, no greetings. The staff could do with some basic CRM in hospitality, which would enhance your hotel in an enormous way and make guests want to return to your hotel. The staff generally looked unhappy working at this hotel, sadly as it is a rather nice place to stay at, but I wouldn´t recommend it to my family or friends as they may be disappointed with the lack of politeness or courtesy from the hotel staff.
